Mission & Vision
of Refuge WOTCC
Mission Statement:
Our name speaks to our mission. Provide a place of Refuge for a lost, struggling and dying generation. To teach the unadulterated word of God, leading the lost to salvation and the formation of a personal relationship with God beginning with repentance, baptism in Jesus Name and the infilling of the Holy Ghost. The fulfillment of this mission will improve and establish a baseline of godly interaction in every relationship of the believer.
Vision Statement:
It is our desire to transform the community in which our church resides. Our goal is to have a ministry that is open 6 days a week not just during scheduled service hours to provide services, programs and support for our community and surrounding area. We will beautify our community and believe the more property and infrastructure we invest in and own, the more services (after school tutoring, child care services, GED preparatory classes, trainings etc.,) we can provide and the more influence we have in addressing the visual appeal of our neighborhood. We will improve the visual aesthetics of our surroundings, leading to lower crime and increased community pride and involvement while preaching and teaching the word of God.
